One of the many complaints drivers has given Uber is the Uber app’s lack of a tipping feature. While Uber does allow tipping, it was only allowed after many people complained.
The lack of a tip feature means riders are less inclined to give drivers a tip but one way to get riders thinking about it is to have something like a tip jar visible to them or a message that says tipping is appreciated.
