As an Uber driver, your driver rating is extremely important because your account will be deactivated if it drops below a certain amount.
If your rating drops below 4.6/5.0, Uber will deactivate your account. Fortunately, this is not a permanent situation if you want to continue to drive for Uber. If you want to continue driving for Uber despite them deactivating your account, you are allowed to take courses to get your driver rating back up.
