Uber is starting their 180 Days of Change campaign and one of their starting changes will be the shortening of the cancellation window time.
The cancellation window has been reduced from 5 minutes to 2 minutes. This means that after 2 minutes, if you or the passenger cancels, you get their cancellation fee. This can be good for you because if passengers take to long to get to you, you don’t have to waste your time as long.
