How Are UberPOOL Earnings Calculated?

Is UberPOOL Failing?

Should I Accept UberPOOL Trips?

UberPOOL has been very controversial recently due to findings that it is actually one of the worst services for making money as a driver, so is it worth accepting trips?

The only reason you should accept UberPOOL trips is if you’re trying to reach your Uber Quest goal faster and to maintain your acceptance rating to qualify for any promotion that requires a certain acceptance rating.

Other than that, you should never accept UberPOOL trips if you care about the amount of money you make for your time. However, if you are worried about your acceptance rating, there is a way to accept an UberPOOL trip but treat it like an UberX trip instead, but you will be making the lower UberPOOL rates. To do this, accept the UberPOOL trip, then immediately go offline or press the button that says to stop new requests. This will allow you to keep your acceptance rating up and not worry about the multiple pickups required.

If enough drivers do not accept UberPOOL trips, Uber will be forced to revise the service to be more beneficial to the drivers.
