Uber is starting their 180 Days of Change campaign and one of their starting changes will be the addition of in-app tipping in the Uber app.

Is UberPOOL Failing?

As an Uber passenger, UberPOOL is one of Uber’s cheapest services for you to take if you want to get somewhere. It’s cheap because you share the costs with other drivers. Lately, the service has been under a lot of controversy, however, because of its pay rate for the drivers.

Additionally, reports have come out showing how UberPOOL might actually be a profit killer for the company.
